Informational only, not advice
HOAViz aggregates public records and association-provided documents to help people research a homeowners or condominium association. Nothing here is financial, legal, investment, or real-estate advice. Always verify against official association and government records before making a decision.
Not a consumer report
HOAViz is not a consumer reporting agency, and our information is not a “consumer report” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use it for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-permissible purpose.
Sources, accuracy, and dating
Facts are drawn from public records (e.g. the Florida DBPR condominium registry, the Division of Corporations, and county records) and are shown with their source and the date retrieved. Public records can be incomplete or out of date; a figure marked “as reported [date]” may not reflect current status.
The Health Score is an opinion
The Health Score is HOAViz's own opinion, derived by a consistently applied, published methodology from disclosed facts. It is always shown alongside the underlying data so you can judge it yourself. Associations with limited disclosed data are marked “not yet rated.”
Report an error / right of reply
If you believe information about an association is inaccurate, tell us. Every association page has a “report an error” link, and boards and managers can claim their page to correct the record and add official documents. We review and correct promptly.

HOAViz extracts factual information from records rather than republishing copyrighted documents wholesale. If you hold rights in material you believe appears here, contact us and we will address it.
