Manage an association?

HOAViz publishes what Florida's public records say about your association. If something is wrong, out of date, or missing context, tell us and we will correct it.

Tell us the association's name and what is wrong. A person reads every message. We check the claim against the source, correct the record, and date the correction. There is no form to fight and no account to create.

Why there is no self-service portal yet

We could put a form here that asks for your name and checks it against the officers your association filed with the state. We took it down, because those officer names are published on the association's own page. Anyone who can read the page could pass that check. A badge that says “verified” has to mean something, so until we can confirm identity by something you hold rather than something anyone can read, a person reviews corrections by hand.

What we will correct

Anything we got wrong, immediately. We publish only sourced, dated facts from public records, and we say where each one came from. If the source itself is wrong or stale, we will note your response alongside it. See corrections for how that works, and how we score for what the record does and does not claim.
